Owner and Founder of KBD Development. Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering Degree from Clemson University. Before starting KBD, worked for 7 years in Operations and Project Management for a National commercial general contractor. Managed numerous commercial projects ranging from draw bridges to hospitals to highrise luxury condos. Subsequent to his commercial construction and engineering background, Chris has 10+ years experience building high-end luxury custom homes and residential developments.
