As Owner and Founder of KBD Development, Chris brings over 25 years of specialized experience to the construction and development industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is LEED certified, reflecting a deep commitment to sustainable and high-quality building practices.

Chris began his professional career with significant roles as a project engineer on landmark developments, including a 4-story hospital complex in Atlanta, a 32-story luxury condominium tower in Atlanta, and a 40-unit ultra-luxury condominium development in Sea Island, GA. He has also worked on assisted living developments, public & private school facilities as well as a large civil draw bridge project.

Building on this foundation, he established KBD Development in 2010 to focus on the luxury residential market. His firm specializes in the development and construction of high-end single-family homes, with a diverse portfolio that includes luxury in-fill developments, in-town subdivisions, sophisticated townhome projects, and student housing developments. Throughout his career, Chris has remained dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation in every project.
